• No user accounts. The only form is the demo request, described below.
• No audience measurement or analytics tool.
• No cookies.
• No advertising trackers and no content loaded from third-party services.

Your light or dark theme choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). It stays on your device: it is not sent to anyone and you can erase it at any time from your browser settings.

When you request a demo from this website, you fill in the information below. It is used only to get back to you and to organize the demo.

Data collected

Name, work email address, company, current tool, and, if you wish, number of technicians and a free message. The language of the page and the date of the request are also recorded.

Purpose

Answering your request and organizing the demo. This information is not used for advertising and is not passed on to third parties.

Legal basis

Pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Recipient

Hugo Informatique. The request reaches contact@ticketmax.app by email, and a copy is kept in a private server folder that is not reachable from the web, so that it is not lost if the email fails.

Retention

3 years after the last contact with you, then deletion. You can ask for earlier erasure.

Abuse protection: a hidden field and a minimum filling time detect automated submissions. To limit requests to 5 per hour and per connection, your IP address is turned into a salted SHA-256 fingerprint kept for one hour at most in a counter; it is never stored in clear text with your request.

If you prefer to write directly to contact@ticketmax.app, your email address and the content of your message are used only to reply to you.

The website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. (see the legal notice). Like any host, it may record technical connection logs, including visitors’ IP addresses, to keep the service secure and running.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise them, write to contact@ticketmax.app.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
